Buying IPv4 space is a transfer of ownership, not a lease. As an EU-registered company based in Romania, we make sure what you pay for is clean, legitimately owned and registered to you.
We work with established address holders and confirm ownership in the registry before a block is offered to you.
Before you commit, we share the block's status: blacklist and spam checks, abuse history and its registry record.
Your funds are held by Escrow.com and released to the seller only after the block is registered in your name.
We prepare the purchase agreement and registry transfer documents and follow the request with the registry until it's approved.

You deposit payment with Escrow.com. The seller sees the funds are secured, and nothing is paid out yet.
The transfer is submitted to RIPE NCC, ARIN or APNIC, and we handle the process until approval.
Once the block is registered to your organisation, Escrow.com releases payment to the seller.
Most of our blocks come from the RIPE NCC region, with ARIN and APNIC space available on request.
